SANAM LUTHRA (NBD 2008) 

Sanam is into plywood manufacturing in Yamunanagar. Due to his work, he is not able to spare much time for himself and his family. The lockdown gave him ample opportunity to keep his fitness levels high and bond with his family.

MALVIKA K. SINGH (HGD 2002) 

Malvika has been in the PR and Marketing field for over 10 years. She has diverse experience in public relations, business development, marketing & events across sectors including education, retail, real estate, hospitality, fashion and lifestyle. She is a partner at a PR Firm, Intelliquo. Her client portfolio includes Select CITYWALK, Nykaa, Maate (by cricketer Suresh Raina and his wife Priyanka Raina), Greendigo, Nourish Mantra, Instapizza and Huddle, which is a co-working space and an incubator that fulfils the needs of a variety of segments, including start-ups, SMB's and corporates. She curates events and ideas for brands and reaches out to influencers/celebrities and partners with them for the right collaborations. In her video Malvika holds up a newspaper which features her for her opinion on adopting new ways on work from home.

TARUN BIMBRAHW (NBD 1999) 

Tarun along with two other Old Sanawarian's, Abhishek Dutt (NBD 1999) and Rajneesh Sharma (NBD 1999), is the owner of the F45 franchise for Chandigarh. F45 is an Australian fitness chain which is one of the fastest growing in the world. Mark Wahlberg (Actor) is part owner of F45 and a whole lot of celebrities and sports personalities follow the F45 workout. Tarun also has his own Machinery manufacturing business in Punjab. During the lockdown, he kept up with his fitness routine and healthy eating. He also spent a lot of time with his family!
