AMREEN SEKHON (SGD 2009) 

Amreen completed her Ph.D in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She also did 'The Psychology of Influence' course from Harvard University in 2015. She says that her passion for psychology started in Sanawar itself when she switched from the Non-Medical stream to Arts just because psychology intrigued her. She has presented research papers at numerous conferences and published papers in both National and International Journals. She worked as a psychologist at Apollo Hospital, Chandigarh but as always been more inclined to dealing with special children. Currently, she is working as a Special Education Counsellor at Strawberry Fields High School, Chandigarh. During the lockdown, she conducted online classes, worked out, and reviewed books on her Instagram book blog @myliteraryworld.

VINAY TULI (SGD 1961) Vinay says, "I throw back my head..and laugh...throw whatever you want at me..I will always shout 'Never Give In' right back at you and conquer whatever has been chucked my way...! On the work front, I left The India Today group as head of Customer Service...and have beloed lots of papads..some great and some just fun...now I write poetry and prose and just have fun....even in the times of Corona. I am Vinay Chopra Tuli, Siwalik Class of ‘61. I joined Sna at the age of 6 in 1952. Like a tree I have many roots... and one of the strongest is my bond with Sna...it will always be home for me."

SANIL JUNEJA (VBD 2000) Sanil works as a Manager at Amazon.com Inc. and lives in Seattle with his wife, Rashmi and children, Saransh (9 years old) and Saisha (7 years old). He spent the lockdown working remotely and spent extra time with his kids, nurturing compassion in them. To the utter joy of Sanil and Rashmi, the kids saved their pocket money, lunch money and earned cash from doing chores at home, and asked Sanil to send money for Covid relief work in India, which was donated to the SANAWAR COVID19 RELIEF PROGRAM! Way to go Saransh and Saisha!
