Dear Old Sanawarians, 

We are delighted to introduce the Inaugural Issue of THE OLD SANAWARIAN SOCIETY Newsletter - a quarterly. In this issue we cover Founders 2019, OSNA-e (New York) get-together, Tour de Sanawar 2019, North East Chapter Meet, Toronto chapter Meet and Dehradun Chapter Meet. 

The primary endeavor that the new Executive Committee tasked itself with was to structure, organize and streamline its communication strategy across various platforms, including collating, amending, and updating content on the OSS Website, OSS App and e-mailers, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Whatsapp. These Whatsapp groups have been formed to reach out to Chapters and Batch coordinators who further disseminate the information to their class. 

In this quarter, efforts were made by the Old Sanawarian President Major General Kulpreet Singh (Retd.) to revive the not-so-active chapters. The OSP has written to the respective chapter heads seeking their confirmation of continuance or conducting fresh elections as per the defined rules of the MOA. The Executive committee is also in the process of creating a brand manual which includes the new OS logo, invitations of OS get-togethers, banners, standees, and any other publicity material. We hope a uniform process will be adopted across chapters/events. 

We are looking forward to bring out a range of OSS Memorabilia, branded merchandise, clothing, accessories, etc.
